This government agency portfolio comprises 5 Divisions that utilize data analytic solutions to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse in public health services. The agency had previously launched multiple ARTs in each Division however the ARTs objectives lacked alignment to the strategy. The agency did not have a shared understanding of LPM amongst Divisions and Directors.
